Richard has functioned as the head of real estate departments in two major law UK firms and was joint Managing Partner of a top 50 UK law firm from 2020-2020, where he sat on the Executive Board and advised on all aspects of the business.
During his time in management, he has developed wide-ranging skills, encompassing strategic business decision-making, team performance, developing client relationships, financial budgeting and has built upon the business’ reputation and profile.
He has also established and grown two of his own businesses, since he ceased being a partner in a major firm.
